Our Company

Kevin White, President of Revive Capital Partners, has been an investor for a long time now. He got his start with his first rental property, a single family home in Nashville, TN, way back in 2009. Since then he’s done everything from single family long term rentals, ground up new construction, multi family apartments, and is currently actively involved in short term rentals and self storage. He has the depth of experience to analyze and make wise decisions on lending opportunities. When he doesn’t have the answers or experience needed, he draws on the vast network of other experienced investors, appraisers, title attorneys, etc., he’s built over the years to provide him with the missing pieces. 

Our Company

Our mission is to serve through lending. We serve our borrowers by providing them funds to close real estate transactions that will further advance their goals and fund the freedom they ultimately seek for themselves and their families.

We serve our capital partners in a similar manner. We partner with folks who have dead capital just sitting in a self directed 401K, IRA, bank CD, or under a mattress, reviving that capital by paying a good return on those dollars and have them secured by an enforceable lien on a real estate asset.

We also serve our community, state, country, and world at large by helping borrowers acquire and improve homes and commercial spaces. This, in turn, helps communities grow and prosper and provides places to gather, entertain, and create community. We help our capital partners earn a good return on their money so they can bless others with those new found dollars through charitable giving, supporting local businesses, and ultimately their local community.
